Reheating Instructions

Here is a list of easy ways to heat More Better Barbecue low 'n' slow food fast products.

Remember to always check the internal temperature of the product with a internal temperature thermometer to ensure it reaches 75°C (167°F) for safe consumption.

Enjoy your moist and delicious BBQ  meal.

1. Oven Method

Preheat oven to 160°C (325°F). Place the pulled pork in an oven-safe dish, cover tightly with foil, and reheat for about 20-30 minutes or until it reaches 75°C (167°F) internally.

2. Slow Cooker Method

Place pulled pork in the slow cooker with a little added moisture (such as broth or barbecue sauce). Cook on low for 2-3 hours or until it reaches 75°C (167°F).

3. Microwave Method

Place pulled pork in a microwave-safe dish, cover with a damp paper towel, and heat on high in 1-minute intervals until it reaches 75°C (167°F), stirring occasionally.

4. Steam Method

Place pulled pork in a steamer basket or perforated pan over simmering water. Cover and steam for 10-15 minutes or until it reaches 75°C (167°F).

5. Sous Vide Method

Place the pulled pork in a vacuum-sealed bag and immerse it in a water bath preheated to 75°C (167°F). Let it heat for 45-60 minutes to ensure even reheating while maintaining moisture.

6. Stovetop Method

Place pulled pork in a skillet or saucepan over low heat. Add a splash of liquid (such as broth or barbecue sauce) to prevent drying out. Stir occasionally until it reaches 75°C (167°F).

7. Grill Method

​Preheat grill to medium-low heat. Place pulled pork in an aluminum foil packet with a splash of liquid. Grill for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until it reaches 75°C (167°F).

8. Hot Water Method

Fill a large bowl or sink with hot water (around 50°C/122°F). Place the sealed bag of pulled pork in the water and let it sit for 20-30 minutes, ensuring it reaches 75°C (167°F) internally.
